We're still shopping and wrapping and talking a lot about the meaning of Christmas around here. Last night we had a conversation with the little ones about the birth of Jesus and the reasons we celebrate with gifts. Then my son said something so profound that my husband and I looked at one another, pleased and surprised, asking, "Where did you learn that?" Nicholas replied, "Oh, Spongebob."
Of course. Well, Merry Christmas, Spongebob.
And I wish a very Merry Christmas to you and yours. It's been crazytown around here and I'm hoping these next few days I can get down to the business of relaxing... enjoying... and being jolly. After all, 'tis the season, right?
