Taking pics of Mia is a pleasure ~ and so easy. But... the adventure of capturing that one decent photo of my kids all together (minus Anne this year) for the holiday cards ~ not so much. I'm finished with that task already, though. And, thanks to Minted, my Christmas cards are printed and have already arrived. I've got my supplies gathered together. I am officially ahead of schedule and I haven't even worked up a sweat...
It's a Christmas miracle. (Not kidding. But, I couldn't get a good pic of the cards today. My pics make the card look dark and fuzzy. Above is the actual pic, and how it looks on the cards in person.)
I chose the Blushing Christmas style cards in the mint colorway. I chose flat cards with rounded corners and pearlescent paper. The verdict: Very pleased. These are, for sure, the best cards we've ever had. I chose the most beautiful card design (thank you to the designer!), I chose some cute little kids to feature on the cards, I like the pearlescent paper, the printing quality is excellent, and shipping was lightening fast. Downsides? That pearlescent paper I chose is on the thinner side (their standard paper is much thicker and better), and my pic looks fairly pink on the cards (my fault. I've been meaning to calibrate the colors on my computer forever. Lesson learned.) All in all ~ love my Minted cards and I know I'll be back next year.
