Hey... baby, it's cold outside. And all I want is an IV delivering a never-ending flow of hot mango green tea to keep me warm. I want to give up showering (also, cooking, laundry, and shopping), declare pajamas as socially acceptable outerwear, and make cake (yes, like the chocolate kind) a food group of vital importance.
If, by some Christmas miracle, all this could happen I would cuddle with my kids, watch movies, and sew fabric tags every day and all day (while eating cake). If not, I'll have to keep running around like the crazy lady that I am ~ with a baby on my hip ~ trying to do just a little bit more than I can. And since I haven't even finished my Christmas shopping yet, these here are my last three handmade fabric tags (until next year!)
The theme was going to be embroidery, embroidery, embroidery... but as you can see I kinda lost steam and instead we have, "embroidery, embroidery, sequin tree."
Btw, I kinda gasped when I saw Kristyne's tags this week ~ all sparkly and modern and fresh and pretty all at the same time. (I'll wait while you go take a peek. My fave is the wreath.) I was definitely inspired by tags I've seen in the 2012 Holiday Tag-a-Long flickr group, and I hope you'll continue to add your pics. I mean, yes, Kristyne and I are wrapping up this Christmas edition of the Tag-a-Long... but I think we can agree that handmade fabric tags could be fun to make for all the holidays throughout the year. Like Valentine's day...
Thanks so much for taggin' along.
