At last, at last! Fall weather is finally here. Indian summer is over and crisp leaves crunch underfoot. Thanksgiving is coming fast and I made a quick banner to add some autumn colors to the house. (The silver die-cut letters are at Target at the dollar spot right now.)
Our only other Thanksgiving decoration these past years has been a pinecone-turkey Nicholas made in pre-school. I love it, but it embarasses him now that he's ~ you know, so much ~ older.
Today, Anne's coming home for the long weekend! I'm going to cook chicken soup with matzo balls and pumpkin/cheesecake pie and a pavlova. So, if you're looking for me, I'll be in the kitchen...
Have a great weekend!
