The Easter bunny did a great job of delivering sweets and small toys for the kids this year. Nicholas, Olivia and Mia were so excited about what the bunny brought them ~ it set a joyous tone for the rest of the day. The gorgeous weather also helped. The sunset. The delicious dinner after mass. I hope you, too, had a lovely Easter.
Did you see the pic of Mia and I (as our finest bunny selves) that I posted on Facebook over the weekend? Check out those pink noses! And yes, while you're there, do give nanaCompany a thumbs up ~ we're new on Facebook and could use the love.

Are these not the cutest baby shoes in the world? I bought them for Mia from Zara Baby. Yet, at 22 months, this girl has a mind of her own and only wants to wear her crocs or winter boots. Ugh. Any of you know a baby girl looking for a cute new pair?

I went a little outside of my comfort zone when I designed this for eHow:
Find out why, and get the DIY on how to make this tote bag, including the embroidery pattern, over at eHow: http://www.ehow.com/ehow-crafts/blog/diy-folk-flower-tote-inspired-by-mexican-embroidery/

Lastly, I'm proud to show off my mention in Issue 6 of Love Patchwork & Quilting magazine (from the makers of Mollie Makes!) I'll totally admit I went to Barnes and Noble so many times ~ excited and hopeful to see if they'd gotten this issue in ~ and (yahoo!) it arrived the other day. This is a fantastic UK based magazine filled with beautiful, modern projects and lots of eye candy. It's way cool to see my name in there... eek, check it out at your local bookstore!
